Braiden's First Haircut

I apologize for the multitude of pictures... but this was kind of a big deal. For mommy, that is. Even this morning I wasn't quite sure if I was ready for this, but yes, it was time. So after mommy got her haircut, it was Braiden's turn!

Oh, and happy birthday to Vaari! We miss you!

Yesterday morning he managed to crawl under this cabinet and tried to sit up. He succeeded - only, his head was still touching his knees. :)

Our New Baby

So, I'm not actually referring to the baby, just our new stroller we have fallen in love with. After agonizing for months, we ended up getting the Phil & Teds Sport stroller with a second seat. It gets glowing reviews from all of us (including the passengers and my sister, who is very eager to help with the pushing!).

Best Friends

I have to dedicate an entire post to these two. Braiden and Annabel are so cute together! They play together, are very affectionate (well, mostly Annabel), and are always delighted to see each other. It's a big reunion if they have been apart for more than 30 minutes. They even invented a game: Annabel reaches out for Braiden and says, "Mama, mama!" (as if inviting Braiden to come to mama), and then they both burst out laughing.







Sometimes, the love is too much. :) Braiden is seven months younger and a little bit smaller, but he has learned to defend himself.

More miscellaneous pictures; we have been busy! Our trip to Finland (including flights) went very well, and we had a great time with family. Braiden returned as a different boy -- crawling, pulling up, climbing stairs... you name it, he is trying to do it!

10 Months Old

Braiden is 10 months old today! To celebrate, we are going to be spending the day, plus some... TRAVELING! Think good thoughts for us. :)
