Wow, lots of things have been going on. Michael's Dad came to visit from Friday to Monday, which was great. We are so glad you made it to San Diego, Grandpa - come and see us in Maryland soon!

We spent Saturday on Coronado, having lunch on the water and playing on the beach! Braiden became more and more daring with each wave. First he wanted nothing to do with the water, but alas, by the time we were done, he was soaking wet and covered in sand. What fun!
I had a wonderful Mother's Day. Michael and both boys had gave me cards and even made a very special photo book for me. The day was extra special, as we had Noah's dedication at our church as well. We'll hopefully have pictures to share soon. It was very small scale, but meaningful, as we dedicated Noah to the Lord with nine other families. It was done by the same pastor who dedicated Braiden.
And then on Monday night, mommy got to go out to dinner with my friends! Seven of us went to Outback, had a yummy dinner and stayed out chatting past my usual bed time. What a treat! We are very sad to be leaving San Diego, but thankfully the busyness of the last few days keeps the mind off it. :) We will spend a couple more days here and then head towards the east coast.

Boxville - LOL!! Hienoa, että muuttomiehet pakkaavat tavarat siististi kunnon laatikoihin. Mielenkiintoista varmaan asua laatikoiden keskellä, mutta kenties muutama astia sentään jäi ulkopuolele ja ehkä pari patjaa..... Aivan ihastuttava tuo kuva, jossa Noah ja Granpa naureskelevat face-to-face. Voimia muuttoruljanssiin sekä onnellisia ja aurinkoisia viimeisiä päiviä San Diegossa. t jutta
Boxville, yeah... what a precious day for you guys! And I'm glad that things are working out for you. New adventures in the East, closer to your sis too. I just saw my sis back on our trip over to Finland and it was a real treat! Family is always family, no matter what!
Voi muistan vielä viime kevään, kun muuttomiehet huhkivat kaksi päivää ja koti oli laatikoissa. Poikaa huoletti kovasti, että tulevatko kaikki lelut varmasti perille!
Lähteminen oli surullista, mutta onneksi nykyään on niin helppo pitää yhteyttä. Hyvät ystävät pysyvät aina mukana, asui missä hyvänsä.
Onko teillä jo asunto valmiina toisessa päässä?
Oi että, lähdön hetket on aina haikeita...
Puhtia vaan sinne laatikkomeren keskelle ja onnea muuttorevohkaan!

Jutta - Heh, kiitos Jutta! Olimme hyvin tyytyväisiä muuttomiehiin - vaikka heillä kestikin ylimääräistä kauemmin, he olivat tosi varovaisia. Nyt "leireillään" kotona, makuupussin ja matkasänkyjen kanssa. :)

Perheenäiti - Niin, teillä on vanhempi nuori mies jota varmasti huolestutti lelut enemmän... Eppu on tähän asti ollut ihan tyytyväinen, ja Puh auto jäi hänelle leikittäväksi vielä. Ja nythän on tilaa juosta! Ei, asuntoa ei ole vielä tiedossa... vain hotellivaraus! :)

Marsha - Oh yes! I tried to stay for a little while, since I was a little OCD with how the things we're getting packed... haha! But Michael did fine in our absence... and everyone was much happier without our "helpers" running around!
Sennu - Ah, loistava idea, isänpäivä lahjaksi! Viime vuonna sai Epusta kuvia Oregonin matkalta, tänä vuonna Nooasta. :)
Äiti - Sori että se iChat ei toiminut! Toivottavasti huomenna, ollaan aamulla noin 10 asti kotona.
