Noah's newest trick: sitting by himself! He is still very wobbly, but improving by the day.
Noah had his 6 month appointment yesterday. He is 20 lbs even (9,072 g) and 27.5 inches (70 cm). Other than a terrible teething rash, he is doing great! He dropped a little bit off his growth curve, between the 75th and 90th percentile, but he is still a big, healthy boy and met all his developmental milestones.
The poor guy was so happy and excited at the doctor's office, laughing all the way, even till the moment the nurse squeezed his thigh to give him a shot... And alas, the boy does have some lungs, when he chooses to use them.
Today was a gorgeous day. The heat and the humidity weren't quite so high today, so we headed to the park this afternoon. Braiden enjoyed the playground, and Noah got to swing as well!

Yay! Finally my reload-efforts were rewarded!!!! Great pictures again, I love the watercolor one especially! Great you got to go to the park too, and yay for Noah sitting & swinging!!
Yeah, no kidding, especially since I said I was going to do it yesterday... ooops.
Oh, it was so nice to plop Noah in the swing, instead of having him in the mei tai the whole time... lol. Heavy guy.

Paremmilla pöperöillä on saanut kasvaa kuin äiteensä, joka oli pienenä kuin linnun luu siro ja kevyt. No,ei tarvi äiteen saleilla kulkea treenaamassa.

Sennu - Joo, vihdoinkin on ainakin tarpeeksi iso siihen mei taihin (jalat meni hassusti aikaisemmin), tykkään siitä enemmän kuin Bjornista tai slingista, tai niista muista miljoonasta joita mulla on, heh.

Isä - ugh, kylmä on! Tänne vain paistattelemaan, lämpöä kyllä löytyy. :) Itsekin katsoin että Eppu näyttää tosi isolta joissain kuvissa. Optinen harhako, vain olisiko jopa totta?!
Äiti - Joo, se mei tai on yhden tapainen kantoliina. No, se sama mitä Sennu käytti Annan kanssa paljon, ruskea ja pinkki (mulla ruskea ja sininen), pussukan tapainen. Ja kyllä, lihakset kasvaa nostellessa, joskus on jopa yksi poika kummankin kainalon alla. :-)
How fun, that Noah can be in the swing now, too!! I'm so jealous...it's been SO HOT here - over 100 for the past....what, 3 weeks???? Even first thing in the morning, it's too hot to go to the park. We're both feeling a bit stir crazy, though we did go to an indoor playnasium last Friday, during their half price hours. May have to do that again, soon.

Wow, that is way too hot. This week has been so nice here, but the week before it was crazy, over 100 and unbearably humid. The playnasium sounds nice! I'm planning on finding something like that do, Braiden needs to get the energy out somehow... and it sounds like fun! I just need to find something where I can take Noah too.
